Complaints and Feedbacks:
Feedbacks on complaints will be given to the complainant within 2 weeks from the complaint date. Feedback on refuse complaints will be given immediately.

Building Plans
Approve applications for schemed and business premise building plans within 4 weeks after the compliance of conditions and the receipt of the completed document. Issue results of the non-schemed application (4 units and below) within 4 weeks from the date of compliance of the condition. Issue results on the building extension and modification plans within 4 weeks from the date of compliance of the condition. Issue results for the building minor permit plans within 2 weeks from the date of compliance of the condition.

Building Plans

Landscape Plans.
Ensure that landscape plan applications are approved within 10 weeks from the date of receipt of completed applications.

Collection and Transportation of Refuse.
Provide daily refuse collection and transportation in town and residential areas and once every 2 days for other areas.

Road and Grass Cleaning.
The road cleaning works are conducted twice a week in residential areas and daily on protocol roads and public areas. Grass-cutting works are conducted twice a month in housing areas, protocol roads, roadsides and public areas.

Licensing.
Approve licence applications within 1 month upon receipt of the completed application Bill issuance and Supplier Payment.

Bill issuance and Supplier Payment
Issue Assessment Tax bills before the month of February every year and delivered to the addressee within 2 weeks. Payments to suppliers shall be made within 3 working weeks upon receipt of the completed document by the Finance Division.
