Planning and Development Division

Oversees development project supervision, landscape maintenance, urban beautification, building plan approvals and planning permits.

Assessment and Property Services Division

Manages property revaluations, valuation list amendments, property record maintenance, assessment bill issuance and council property rental/leasing.

Legal and Enforcement Division

Responsible for drafting by-laws, enforcing municipal regulations, issuing compounds and court prosecution proceedings.
